The right proposal starts with the feed process, addition point, production target, plant layout and available utilities.
METHOD SELECTION
Formula requirements and the line process determine whether batch mixer dosing or conditioner-stage dosing is the better fit.
Use the NLYT-HQ for batch weighing, pneumatic delivery and direct spray across the material in a feed mixer.
Use the NLYT-TC for controlled delivery coordinated with material flow at the conditioning stage.
This is a separate process route. Evaluate product requirements, available space and coating equipment before selecting it.

COMPANY PRESENTATION MODEL
Nanling's molasses application presentation uses a theoretical project model: RMB 20 saving per tonne of feed and RMB 300,000 total project investment. It is not a verified customer result or a current quotation.
The presentation treats cane molasses as about 70% of the energy value of corn. At a 2% inclusion it cites dust-rate improvement of 5.7% and palatability improvement of 8–12%, and states that molasses use can reduce production cost by at least RMB 10–20 per tonne.
Payback months = project investment ÷ (monthly feed output × saving per tonne). The 3-month result at 5,000 tonnes/month uses the high end of that saving range and a RMB 300,000 whole-project investment, not a single equipment list price.
Actual payback depends on local corn and molasses prices, the approved formula, utilities, maintenance, installation scope and destination. Replace the model values with the plant's own numbers before using it in a purchase discussion.

DELIVERY PROCESS
Typical manufacturing, testing and service periods are references; the project quotation confirms the final schedule.
Feed type, output, addition point, target rate, utilities and available space are reviewed before selection.
The equipment arrangement, interfaces, electrical supply and project responsibilities are confirmed before manufacture.
A typical reference period is 30-45 working days after the deposit and approved technical documents.
Visual, piping, electrical, control, alarm, instrument and no-load function checks can be witnessed on site or by live video.
Export packing is prepared after acceptance and final payment. Freight, customs and destination delivery are confirmed per project.
Nanling can provide English documentation, remote guidance or overseas commissioning and operator training.
SUPPORT
Scope is agreed before order confirmation.
Project drawings, operation guidance and agreed technical documents can be supplied in English.
Control sequence, alarms and agreed functions are checked before shipment; remote participation can be arranged.
Remote guidance or overseas on-site service can be included according to the project and destination.
Reference warranty: 12 months from arrival or 15 months from ex-factory date, whichever occurs first, subject to the contract.
A recommended spare-parts list can be prepared according to the selected configuration.
Nanling provides remote troubleshooting and operating support after commissioning.
