THE MIXER SYSTEM

Heat, meter, deliver, spray.

For viscous molasses, the NLYT-HQ system combines heated storage, weighing control, pneumatic delivery and atomized spraying. Operators can set dosage parameters and monitor the process through the control system.

Typical molasses addition in feed formulations is stated as 1–3%, with higher ranges used for ruminant feed. Final configuration depends on your formula and process conditions.
