How the system handles the process

Heated storage

The insulated storage and temperature controls condition the molasses before weighing.

Batch weighing

Load cells meter the required quantity and support automatic molasses-to-water ratio control.

Pneumatic delivery

Compressed air moves the liquid from the buffer vessel to the mixer without a transfer pump in the delivery stage.

Line clearing

Pressure-based control supports delivery completion and helps reduce liquid left in the line.

Spray distribution

A dedicated distributor and stainless-steel spiral nozzle layout distributes liquid across the mixer.

Control and records

Automatic and manual modes, time- or pressure-based spraying, alarm history, production records and USB data export support daily operation.
